Shmurdarest Mergers & Acquisitions of Q1 2015


Well that’s what some of Americas Top Companies are saying as they decide to collabo and get money together like they was Tuchi and 6 god.

The first three months of 2015 announced mergers and acquisitions totaling more than $800 billion.

Here are a list of some of the Shmurdarest Mergers and Acquisitions of 2015:

Valeant and Salix: Valeant  (NYSE:VRX) makes consumer skin lotions along with prescription medicines for skin issues, weight loss, vitamin deficiency, certain herpes viruses, and antibiotics. Salix (NASDAQ:SLXP) makes a lot of pharmaceuticals for people with Gastrointestinal Disorders.

Pfizer and Hospira: Pfizer (NYSE:PFE) also did the smart thing and kopped the biotech company  Hospiras,  for $15.2 billion. Hospiras (NYSE:HSP) is a leader in the development of Bio Similars, which are generic versions of biotech drugs.

NXP Semiconductors and Freescale : Also helping us get one step closer to Skynet Judgment day reality with machines using humans as crops is NXP Semiconductors (NASDAQ:NXPI) snatching Freescale Semiconductor Ltd (NYSE:FSL) for $11.8 billion in cash and stock. This Merger is highly influenced in developing technology for driverless cars. Don’t Tell Sarah Connor.

Kraft and Heinz: My Favorite M&A ( Merger and Acquisition) Of the year (so far) is a freakin’ Yummy one! Kraft Foods (NASDAQ:KRFT) and Heinz combining wonder twin powers with $40 billion dollar merger. This will make them the third biggest food powerhouse in the world. Seriously though, that Powerderd Mac and Cheese that Comes in the Box is the ultimate Munchy snack. Also Warren Buffet Had a lot to do with this deal.
