Netflix Plans to invest $5 Billion on original programming in 2016. The focus is to grow on the top line and increase the price of their stock.

Netflix has severely changed its business model. Just a few years ago their game was licensing content from studios and the huge movie companies. Them days is over, with the success of Orange is the New Black, Daredevil, and Jessica Jones, Netflix is all about creating and capitalizing on original hits.

Netflix is pretty much available everywhere in the world, ending 2015 by running up in Japan. As of now Netflix is NOT available in only 3 countries, China, North Korea, and Syria.

Netflix has around 65 million subscribers in the U.S and 23 million Internationally, allowing the streaming juggernaut to generate and report a revenue of around $1.4 Billion in Q2 of 2015

Investors are very happy with Netflix, in 2015  the streaming hulk was the biggest gainer on the S&P 500.
